Darby Dental Supply, LLC. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is a fully remote, Monday - Friday, entry-level sales position designed for ambitious professionals who want to break into healthcare sales, develop valuable business skills, and build a long-term sales career. The role offers a base salary plus commission and is focused on prospecting and opening new customer accounts through outbound sales activities.

No dental, medical or healthcare experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn. Darby provides industry, product and sales training to help you succeed.

What You Will Do:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices that are not currently Darby customersIdentify and engage key decision-makers within dental practicesQualify prospects and uncover business needsPresent Darby's products, services, and value propositionGenerate first orders and new customer accountsBuild and manage a sales pipeline using CRM toolsDemonstrate the ability to overcome sales objections and follow up persistently with prospectsMeet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goalsParticipate in ongoing sales training and coachingCollaborate with sales leadership and team members in a virtual environmentOther duties may be assigned to help drive our vision and values

This is a high-activity sales role where most of your day will be spent prospecting and building new business opportunities.

What We Need In You:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree preferred0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience Strong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional phone presenceAbility to thrive in a high-volume outbound cold calling environment and the resilience to handle frequent rejection and keep going.Ability to work independently in a remote settingStrong time management and organizational skillsReliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspaceAbility to travel to tradeshows and meetings as needed
