As we push further into frontier, AI-driven engagements, we're investing in the senior product and delivery talent who can operate confidently at both ends of that spectrum.

Hatchworks has identified two connected growth constraints: we need more A-player product talent, and we need a leader who can act as an escalation point for more junior product individuals. This role is built to solve both at once.

The Director of Product Strategy is a hybrid seat for a proven product leader who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves as billable product/delivery leadership on a frontier account, leading product strategy workshops, and eventually owning the relationship on accounts they help land. It's a role for someone who has already done this at a high level elsewhere and is ready to build a book of business inside a firm that will invest in them accordingly.
