Title of the Position: Saturday Studios Observer
Position Schedule (day/weekly hours):
Academic Year Program: Approximately 5.5 hours weekly
During the Program, Saturdays from 9:00AM -2:30PM
Hourly Rate $37/hr
Brief Description of Duties:
Visiting Observers for the Saturday Studios Program will assist the Director and Clinical Supervisor in observing student teachers and providing them with written and oral feedback on their pedagogy, including Gateway evaluations. Visiting Observers will be expected to rotate between 3 - 4 classrooms during each Saturday Sessions. Hours are 8:30am - 1:30pm on the following dates:

Skills Required for the Position:
Experienced Teacher; Strong communication skills, a people person, organized, patient, attention to detail; BFA in Art Ed or equivalent experience.
Skills Preferred for the Position:
MFA in Studio or Art Education
