We develop our leaders from within, because the strongest hospitality companies are the ones that grow their own.ABOUT ARRIVE DWTNR COCKTAIL BAR & LOUNGE:Located at ARRIVE Albuquerque, a beautifully renovated historic hotel and neighborhood hub, DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge is a high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club, where Pan Asian American classics are served alongside Americana comfort food.POSITION PROFILE:The Runner keeps service moving smoothly between the kitchen and front of house at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, ensuring every dish reaches the table exactly as intended.THE TASK AT HAND:Ensure all orders leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards and guest requests.Know table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, capacity, and hours of operation.Deliver food and beverage items from the kitchen and bar in a prompt, neat manner.Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.Assist with clearing table settings and resetting tables when needed.Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linens, and condiments.Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned to adhere to health standards.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Required1 year of experience in a similar role in a restaurant.Strong working knowledge of and passion for the food industry; guest-service oriented.Flexible schedule, able to work a variety of shifts.PhysicalRequires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
