Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. To assist with the upkeep and appearance of outdoor areas by performing a variety of general maintenance duties. Responsibilities include parking lot maintenance, painting, groundskeeping duties, etc.

REQUIREMENTS: High school ; previous experience in general maintenance/groundskeeping preferred
