- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, territory planning, and strategic account engagement.
- Own the complete sales cycle from discovery and qualification through negotiation, forecasting, and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with executive buyers and cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, security, IT, and operations leaders.
- Lead consultative sales conversations that align customer challenges with business value and long-term strategic outcomes.
- Develop and execute outbound messaging and account strategies based on market trends, trigger events, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity tracking throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with SDRs, partnerships, and marketing teams to maximize pipeline generation and customer engagement.
- Drive alignment across complex buying committees and guide stakeholders through technical, operational, and financial evaluations.
- Contribute to the growth of the sales organization by sharing insights, refining sales processes, and supporting a high-performance team culture.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, IT services, consulting, or technology-focused sales roles.
- Proven success generating self-sourced pipeline and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling to executive and technical stakeholders, including CFOs, CIOs, security leaders, or IT decision-makers.
- Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks is highly valued.
- Strong organizational and forecasting skills with disciplined follow-up and opportunity management practices.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in high-growth environments.
- Experience in compliance, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or related industries is considered a strong advantage.
