Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Restoration Technician to support mitigation and restoration projects and help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping customers during difficult situations.
The right candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform restoration and mitigation services on residential and commercial properties
Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage cleanup and restoration
Set up and monitor drying equipment, containment areas, and job site materials
Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and project timelines
Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and daily notes
Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
Keep vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as needed
Participate in an on-call rotation schedule and respond to emergency service calls as needed
Respond to emergency and after-hours situations when necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift equipment as needed
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
Experience with water, fire, mold, or storm restoration is a plus
