Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
This position is primarily based in our Fresno office, with occasional travel to support events and initiatives at our Bakersfield and Visalia locations. A company vehicle is provided for required travel. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, coordinating events, and bringing ideas to life. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, our SEM and SEO agency partners, and community referral sources to support marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and represent our organization at networking events, community partnerships, and company-sponsored events. A key part of this role is capturing authentic photo and video content that showcases our programs, team, and community involvement. You'll gather and organize content in the field while coordinating with our agency partners for post-production, publishing, and paid media execution. Experience creating social media content is a plus but not required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Marketing Coordination
- Serve as the internal point of contact between leadership and our SEM/SEO agency partners
- Track project timelines and ensure marketing initiatives, campaigns, and launches stay on schedule
- Review agency deliverables for quality, brand accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external materials
- Order and manage printed materials, branded merchandise, signage, and promotional items
- Support the launch of new programs and locations with coordinated marketing plans
- Organize and maintain a central library of marketing assets
2. Community Outreach & Engagement
- Coordinate community outreach events, sponsorships, and conference registrations
- Prepare event logistics, booth materials, and promotional collateral for in-person events
- Represent the organization at community, networking, and referral events
- Support and strengthen relationships with referral partners, physicians, and community stakeholders alongside our BD team
- Coordinate open houses and educational/community events
- Support physician and community engagement initiatives alongside leadership
3. Content Capture
- Capture photos and video during events, facility updates, and testimonials
- Gather raw social media content for our agency partner to edit and publish
- Organize and deliver media files to the appropriate teams promptly after capture
- Coordinate freelance photographers/videographers for larger creative projects (facility photography, promotional videos, walkthrough tours) when internal capture isn't sufficient
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
2. Follows and supports TPEG policies and procedures.
3. Works collaboratively and cooperatively with internal and external partners.
4. Represents TPEG, Inc., by embodying the mission, vision and values of the organization.
5. Travels occasionally during the workday and on occasional overnight stay. (Compensation for mileage, food and lodging provided.)

8. Expands and updates job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional learning.

Requirements:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
2. LICENSURE: N/A
3. RELATED EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated experience managing timelines and deliverables with outside vendors or agencies
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with leadership, agency partners, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
5. Comfortable capturing high-quality photo and video content using a smartphone or camera. Professional photography or videography experience is not required.
6. Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
7. OTHER EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED: 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, community engagement, business development, or a related role.
• Experience working with culturally diverse individuals and communities or have otherwise demonstrated a commitment to strengthening engagement of a diverse community and skill in communicating with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with equity and/or diversity initiatives within an organization.
• Written and oral communication skills sufficient to perform essential functions.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently and use initiative to accomplish complex assignments with general instruction and guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and integrity on the job with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proficient in English Language
2. Proficient communicator
3. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related regulated industry
4. Existing referral or community network within the Fresno / Central Valley area
5. Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
6. Basic photography/videography skills beyond smartphone level
7. Familiarity with Canva or similar design software for creating simple marketing materials and event collateral.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Work settings vary from offices, program sites, and stakeholder locations
2. Travel modes can include the use of company or personal transportation
