This role offers the opportunity to design and build advanced AI-powered automation solutions that improve how teams operate and collaborate.
You will develop internal AI agents, workflow automations, and copilot experiences that enhance productivity across multiple business functions.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will combine software engineering expertise with modern AI technologies to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
The position focuses on building real-world applications using LLMs, retrieval systems, integrations, and agent orchestration frameworks.
You will have ownership of high-impact MVPs, from initial design through deployment, iteration, and continuous improvement.
This is an ideal opportunity for an AI Engineer passionate about creating intelligent systems that solve complex operational challenges.
As an AI Engineer – Internal Agents & Workflows, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that automate repetitive processes and enable teams to work more efficiently. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities, build intelligent workflows, and ensure reliable production-ready implementations.
- Design and implement AI agent workflows involving tool calling, multi-step reasoning, structured outputs, and automated decision-making.
- Build integrations and connectors with internal platforms such as Slack, Jira, email, calendars, CRM systems, and data warehouses.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and knowledge systems for internal documentation, ensuring accurate responses with source references.
- Create AI-powered assistants and automation solutions for areas such as customer support, sales, recruiting, engineering, and internal knowledge management.
- Implement security and access control mechanisms, including role-based filtering and permission-aware information retrieval.
- Deploy MVP solutions quickly, gather user feedback, and continuously improve performance and reliability.
- Establish production best practices through monitoring, logging, evaluations, retry mechanisms, and workflow guardrails.
- Document AI workflows, technical processes, and operational guidelines to support adoption across teams.
- Deliver scalable solutions by creating reusable connectors and frameworks for future AI initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, particularly with large language models, agent frameworks, and workflow automation systems. You should have a production-oriented mindset and the ability to transform emerging AI technologies into practical business solutions.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Proven experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, structured outputs, JSON schemas, and tool/function calling.
- Experience designing multi-step AI workflows, including agent loops, state machines, or graph-based orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK, MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants, or similar technologies.
