- Maintain, validate, and enhance the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of large-scale databases and data repositories.
- Manage data backups, security measures, and database maintenance to ensure reliable and secure information management.
- Support the development and implementation of data governance standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect, validate, and organize new data while ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
- Monitor data entry processes for quality, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues efficiently to minimize operational disruptions.
- Partner with technical teams to improve database performance, optimize data management processes, and support ongoing system enhancements.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Administrator, Database Administrator, or in a similar data management role.
- Strong understanding of database structures, data administration principles, and data mining techniques.
- Experience managing data collection, validation, analysis, storage, and distribution processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access, along with database management systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline.
