Requirements: Lead daily sports bar operations to deliver fast, friendly, game-day guest experiences. Manage and schedule hourly team members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and high-volume events. Oversee inventory, receiving, and cost controls to maintain service levels while minimizing waste. Train, coach, and develop staff to strengthen hospitality skills, POS proficiency, and safety compliance. Manage the managers and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across shifts. Maintain a clean, compliant, and well-organized bar and dining environment in line with health and alcohol regulations. Monitor cash handling, reconcile shift totals, and follow company policies to ensure accurate reporting. Manage bar service quality for beer, cocktails, and specials while meeting speed and presentation standards. Coordinate with kitchen and floor leadership to manage ticket flow and reduce guest wait times. Handle guest concerns professionally, resolve issues when possible, and escalate to leadership per brand guidelines.
