Server Assistant/Busser - AM in Lexington, Kentucky at Marriott Lexington Griffin Gate Golf Resort & Spa

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server Assistant/Busser, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are seeking motivated and friendly individuals who are eager to support our servers and ensure smooth restaurant operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. AM Shift - Typically 6am-12pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements

- Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables

- Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed

- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service and special events

- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and addressing concerns professionally

- Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
