Overview of Position:

As a Revenue Operations Specialist within our Revenue Operations team, you will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, champion an exceptional customer experience, and ensure complete compliance with international trade regulations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Sales, Logistics, and our global client base ensuring every transaction results in seamless execution, high customer satisfaction, accurate order attribution, and robust Salesforce data integrity.

Essential Functions:

  • Validate customer purchase orders against established quote terms, pricing, and product availability to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Manage end-to-end billing for accounts on payment terms by accurately processing and submitting invoices via direct email and vendor portals.
  • Track orders from submission through fulfillment and delivery, proactively resolving any order discrepancies, billing issues, or shipping delays.
  • Oversee trade compliance by reviewing end-user documentation and securing necessary AUKUS export permits for commercial and defense orders.
  • Maintain complete AUKUS permit records in Salesforce CRM and coordinate directly with Logistics to ensure seamless operational handoffs.
  • Process DEC03 forms and complete international export compliance applications for shipments to Canada and Latin America.
  • Audit Salesforce CRM entries regularly to eliminate duplicate records, reconcile missing data, and maintain high system-wide data integrity across operational, fulfillment, and finance teams.
  • Verify sales orders and opportunities align with correct account owners to ensure accurate sales assignment and order attribution.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Leadership Responsibilities:

This position has no direct supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in order management, sales operations, or trade compliance.
  • Customer Support: 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Systems Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of international shipping documentation, export control principles, and trade regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Specialized Compliance Experience: Direct experience handling defense-related export permits (such as AUKUS regulations) and international trade compliance processes (DEC03 forms, Canada/Latin America exports).
  • Industry Background: Proven experience working within a highly regulated global supply chain, aerospace, or defense sector environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of order-to-cash pipeline administration, billing workflows, and operational data hygiene.
  • Technical & Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enterprise CRM/ERP systems.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent written and verbal cross-functional communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments.

  • Stationary Work: Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Communication: Must be able to frequently communicate, express oneself, and exchange accurate information over the telephone, video conference, and in person.
  • Equipment Operation: Constantly operates a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office productivity machinery.
  • Physical Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily operates within a professional corporate office environment.
  • Requires routine navigation of secure work environments, which are subject to strict ITAR, EAR, and defense compliance restrictions.
  • Includes occasional visits to engineering labs or high-tech manufacturing and testing facilities, subject to standard industrial safety protocols.
