Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Supervise and support team members, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

- Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching to team members

- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks

- Collaborate with management to meet sales goals and improve service quality

This is a working position, the shift lead is expected to cook, assist with prep, cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will be able to travel between Meridian and Caldwell, as needed.
