Care Coordinator - Women's Clinic in Thibodaux, Louisiana at Thibodaux Regional Health System

Responsible for coordination of maternity patient needs across the continuum of care. Serves as a single point of contract for referring physicians, patients, community groups, and caregivers to provide guidance through pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care.

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor or Associate degree in Marketing, Business or healthcare related field preferred

Skills:

• Excellent reading, writing, and editing skills in English.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interviewing skills and ability to assess patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Competent computer skills for word processing, data collection and retrieval.

Previous Experience:

• Two or more years of external or sales marketing required.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to a variety of audiences.

Licenses:

Current and valid driver’s license required.
