Gorilla Property Services is looking for a motivated, outdoors-loving technician who takes pride in making homes and businesses look their absolute best. If you enjoy working with professional equipment, staying active, and seeing the results of your work every single day, this role is for you.

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll help brighten and protect properties across Far North Dallas and Richardson. You’ll clean windows, clear gutters and dryer vents, pressure wash surfaces, remove graffiti, install holiday and permanent lights, and more — every day brings something different.

• Transform homes and businesses with our full lineup of exterior cleaning and maintenance services
• Operate pressure washers, ladders, water-fed poles, and other pro-grade equipment
• Work safely on ladders and rooftops (20–40 ft)
• Use cleaning solutions responsibly and follow all safety protocols
• Interact with customers and represent the Gorilla brand with professionalism
• Identify additional service needs and earn commissions for upsells
• Bring positive energy, teamwork, and pride to every job
• Paid training

• Experience in exterior cleaning, janitorial work, construction, landscaping, or similar labor roles (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable using equipment and working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and a “get it done right” mindset
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Willingness to wear PPE and branded Gorilla gear
• Safety-first attitude
• Interest in earning commissions through service recommendations
• Holiday light installation experience is a bonus
• Veterans strongly encouraged to apply

What You Bring

• Experience in exterior cleaning or janitorial work is a big plus
• Comfortable using equipment (sometimes heavy) and working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and a “let’s get it done” attitude
• Able to lift, climb, and work outdoors in all weather
• Holiday light installation experience is a bonus
