Advanced Practice Provider in Harker Heights, Texas at inFORME Healthcare

inFORME healthcare is looking for a dynamic, clinically adept Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our Physician leaders in a post-acute hospital.
Your role will be to manage inpatients that have a higher acuity in the Harker Heights TX area. The patient diagnostic complexity involves managing trach/vent/complicated wound and multiple co-morbidities. You must be comfortable managing acute changes in place.
This position would involve working a shift schedule of 7 on 7 off, (Full Time) or 7-10 shifts per month (Part Time). This will include weekend rotations to manage patients and collaborate with our Hospitalists.
Additionally, you would collaborate with corporate leadership to assist in maintaining optimal momentum of our stellar quality metrics, program components and implementing our proprietary protocols to achieve clinical outcomes.

Experience - Minimum 3 to 5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience as a physician assistant or a nurse practitioner is required and ability to work autonomously.
Education - Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification with the State of Texas.

Harker Heights, TX Onsite Part Time $55,000 - $70,000 per year/Full Time $110,000-$140,000 per year.
