We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our established dental team in (East Columbia). The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their treatment journey!

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and communicate dental insurance benefits
• Maintain accurate and productive scheduling
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and messages via RevenueWell
• Confirm appointments and manage daily patient flow
• Check-in patients and ensure all forms are up to date
• Generate and present treatment plans
• Review financing options with patients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience treatment planning for general dentistry procedures
• Strong understanding of dental insurance (including leased networks) and verification
• Proficient in Eaglesoft (or ability to learn new software quickly)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to team success
