Allergy Scheduler in Winter Haven, Florida at ENT of Tennessee

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Allergy Scheduler to join our busy ENT/Allergy practice. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, thrives in a fast-paced medical office, and has excellent scheduling and communication skills.

• Schedule allergy testing, follow-up appointments, and immunotherapy visits.
• Coordinate patient appointments while optimizing provider schedules.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Communicate appointment instructions and answer questions regarding allergy procedures.
• Work closely with providers, medical assistants, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Reschedule appointments as needed and manage cancellations and waitlists.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical scheduling or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience in an ENT, allergy, or specialty medical practice is a plus.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
