The Senior Product Manager AI will lead the development and delivery of AI-driven product initiatives, owning strategy, roadmap execution, and customer outcomes. This role requires strong product leadership, technical collaboration, and the ability to translate complex AI opportunities into scalable solutions.

• Own a significant area of the AI product strategy, guiding initiatives from initial concept through production release and general availability.
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and execution plans while ensuring delivery against key business objectives and timelines.
• Transform complex and ambiguous customer challenges into clear product strategies, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered platform capabilities and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with design, product leaders, and cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable solutions.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, including early-access insights, to continuously improve product direction and prioritization.
• Ensure AI solutions are reusable, consistent, and scalable across multiple products and customer use cases.
• Represent product strategy with senior stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
• Drive product excellence by establishing strong processes, decision-making frameworks, and best practices.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and enterprise AI applications to identify new opportunities.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in AI-powered products, enterprise SaaS, and technically complex platforms. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders.

• 7+ years of product management experience, including experience building AI/ML products or technically complex platform solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully launching complex products into general availability within engineering-focused environments.
• Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models, and AI product development processes.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical architecture, trade-offs, and implementation considerations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently navigate ambiguity and drive decisions forward.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with experience collaborating across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience, preferably within legal, compliance, risk, or other regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or technical master’s degree is a plus.
