Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for promoting products, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth within the assigned territory.   • Increase product demand and market share through regular visits to physicians and strategic customers.
  • Promote healthcare products by presenting scientific information, therapeutic benefits, and relevant clinical knowledge to the medical community.
  • Maintain and update healthcare professional databases according to segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Plan and execute visit schedules, defining approaches, maintaining follow-ups, and achieving activity targets.
  • Use company tools to record activities, manage reports, and monitor performance indicators.
  • Visit pharmacies within the assigned territory to collect information about product availability, stock levels, and market distribution.
  • Participate in medical congresses and professional events to strengthen relationships with physicians, opinion leaders, and healthcare organizations.
  • Identify market opportunities and provide insights that contribute to commercial strategies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines healthcare knowledge, sales experience, and strong relationship-building abilities. A structured, proactive, and customer-focused mindset is essential to succeed in a field-based commercial environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Previous experience working with sales routes, customer visits, or field-based commercial activities.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong planning, organization, and territory management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Availability for travel within the assigned region.
  • Active driver’s license (CNH).
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve performance goals.
  • Professional interest in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
