Location: Onsite - 3 locations ( Olympia Fields (2days), Tinley Park (1 day), West Loop ( 2 days)
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually

Work Schedule & TravelThis position is fully onsite and requires regular travel between multiple office locations.
Typical Weekly Schedule
- 2 days: Olympia Fields Corporate Office
- 1 day: Tinley Park Office
- 2 days: Chicago West Loop Office
Additional travel to locations such as Chicago Heights, Park Forest, and other Chicagoland offices may be required based on business needs.
Candidates must have:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
As Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the executive office by:
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Organizing Board of Directors meetings, agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation
- Coordinating executive travel, itineraries, and expense reports
- Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Monitoring emails, communications, and follow-up items
- Researching information and preparing executive summaries
- Supporting special projects and strategic initiatives
- Coordinating meetings across departments and multiple office locations
- Tracking deadlines, action items, and organizational priorities
- Serving as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Performing other administrative and operational duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative, office, internship, project coordination, or related professional experience required.
- Recent graduates and early-career professionals with strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience supporting leaders, coordinating schedules, preparing materials, or working in a professional office environment is preferred.
- Healthcare, nonprofit, or executive support experience is a plus, but not required.
