We are looking for a full time, in person, Product Project Manager who will take a leadership role in driving product initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and delivering key projects that support Lectric’s long-term vision. In addition to core Lectric eBikes initiatives, this role will also support product project management for the Juiced and Monarc brands. This role requires excellent communication, strategic planning skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Essential Functions for this Role:
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scopes, develop comprehensive timelines, and create resourcing plans for product development initiatives.
Drive cross-functional planning efforts including factory partners, engineering, operations, and quality teams.
Evaluate and monitor project risks, providing contingency plans and reporting variances.
Team & Communication Leadership
Serve as the lead communicator across internal departments, vendors, and external partners.
Facilitate weekly updates, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to ensure progress, accountability, and alignment.
Foster a collaborative environment focused on clarity, responsiveness, and accountability.
Project Prioritization
Prioritize multiple concurrent projects based on impact, resource availability, and company goals.
Ensure launch targets and go-to-market deadlines are met by aligning all teams around shared priorities.
Support the team in maintaining a dynamic queue of projects that align with company KPIs and release schedules.
Process Development & Optimization
Champion continuous improvement within project workflows; implement process enhancements based on lessons learned and team feedback.
Mentor internal teams on Lectric’s project development lifecycle, tools, and best practices.
Serve as the gatekeeper for project documentation and ensure compliance with standardized workflows.
Require Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with measurable success.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage competing priorities with agility.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable with international coordination and remote collaboration.
Strong analytical mindset, with experience evaluating ROI and other project-based financial models.
Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to manage product data and workflows.
Adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving priorities and project requirements.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably within the bicycle or consumer product industry.
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
Experience with project management software; Smartsheet or Jira preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 85 pounds at times for product assessments or trade shows.
Domestic and international travel may be required 2–3 times per year.
