OverviewAs a Senior Behavior Specialist, youll provide behavior treatment by protocol with a high degree of independence under the direction of a Behavior Analyst. Youll assist with case supervision, protocol modification, assessment services, family treatment guidance, and staff feedback while continuing to build skills toward BCBA certification.

Masters degree or current enrollment in a masters program
Certification, registration, and/or license required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
Eligibility to receive BCBA certification within 12 months
Ability to meet the physical, safety, communication, and cognitive requirements of the role
Assist Behavior Analysts with protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance
Provide clinical direction to technicians as needed
Provide treatment by protocol using clinical best practices and data
Document services accurately and on time
Deliver clinical feedback to staff and report clinical or scheduling concerns promptly
Complete required trainings and meetings and follow company compliance policies
