Strive Dental Management is recruiting on behalf of Rose Dental which is a premier dental practice in the Austin area for over 25 years. Essential Tasks

• Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff;
• Check patients in and complete new patient registration;
• Collect and scan new patient information during check-in;
• Verify patient record is up to date and accurate;
• Keep front desk area and lobby clean and neat;
• Prepare and maintain refreshments and coffee bar for front office area;
• Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records;
• Sort and distribute mail;
• Other duties may be assigned;

Physical Demands

The employee will occasionally stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; the employee will frequently sit; the employee will regularly talk and listen. The employee will occasionally lift 10 up to 25 pounds.

• Focus on customer service;
• Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner;
• Attention to detail;
• Clinical experience in a dental practice with knowledge of dental insurance and dental procedures is preferred;
• Motivating team player and leader;
• Proficient in basic computer applications with the ability to learn new software

Compensation:

• $14.00 - $17.00
• Medical, Dental & Vision (Effective the 1st day of the month following your start date).
