We are seeking a professional, dependable, and guest-focused Banquet Servers to join our team.

In this role, you will help bring weddings, corporate gatherings, celebrations, and special events to life by delivering attentive, polished service and ensuring every detail meets our high standards.

Your Role

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and arranging banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Setting tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other required service itemsProviding professional and attentive food and beverage serviceWelcoming guests and responding courteously to questions and requestsMaintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout eventsAssisting with event breakdown and post-function cleanupCollaborating with the banquet team to ensure events are executed smoothly and efficientlyRepresenting Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional guest service

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plusHospitality experience is not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to learn.
