As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the exciting journey of finding their new home. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport, honed from your experience in the service industry, will be invaluable as you showcase our luxury rental communities. Just as you skillfully suggest favorite dishes and add-on purchases to diners, you'll excel at highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties, effectively "upselling" residents on their ideal living space.
You'll receive base pay plus commissions on apartments you lease.

What you'll do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
- Conduct engaging tours of our luxury apartment communities.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of living in our properties.
- Assist with the application process, ensuring all documentation is gathered accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins.
- Utilize your upselling skills to match residents with the perfect apartment and amenities.
What you bring:
- A strong background in customer service, ideally from a server role, demonstrating your ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proven experience with upselling and cross-selling, showing your ability to promote products and services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A professional and positive demeanor.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A high school diploma is required.
