No food manufacturing experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training and are looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Team Member, you’ll play an important role in making and preparing our cheese products. Your day may include:

• Operating cheese-making and production equipment according to training and specifications
• Preparing and opening ingredients and materials for processing
• Handling and moving cheese products safely throughout production
• Labeling, organizing, and packaging finished products
• Moving products into cold storage
• Making packaging materials and assembling molds
• Stacking and loading finished products onto pallets for shipment
• Following all food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable team players who are ready to learn and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn different production tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
