This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on shaping the future of cloud infrastructure and developer experiences.
You’ll own the vision and multi-year strategy for an Infrastructure-as-a-Service portfolio within a rapidly evolving cloud business.
The role combines deep technical understanding with commercial leadership, customer insight, and organizational strategy.
You’ll build and lead a high-performing product organization while partnering closely with engineering, SRE, design, sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
Your decisions will directly influence product adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market differentiation.
You’ll engage with enterprise and developer audiences, customers, partners, and industry analysts as a senior representative of the cloud portfolio.
This remote role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to help define how modern infrastructure services are built and delivered.
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Infrastructure-as-a-Service portfolio, aligning priorities with broader cloud growth objectives.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product leaders, establishing clear accountability, execution discipline, and a strong customer-focused culture.
- Lead cross-functional execution across product management, engineering, SRE, and operations to ensure roadmap priorities are aligned and delivered effectively.
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to take products from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing scale.
- Use market research, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and shape product positioning.
- Own key business outcomes across the portfolio, including revenue growth, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall market performance.
- Collaborate with go-to-market leadership on pricing, packaging, segmentation, positioning, and commercialization strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customers and stakeholders, understanding the needs and buying motions of both developer and enterprise audiences.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership in customer discussions, architecture reviews, and complex product conversations.
- Represent the cloud infrastructure portfolio externally with customers, partners, industry analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Establish effective product management operating rhythms, including strategic planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and performance management.
- Identify and address organizational and product challenges while creating an environment that encourages innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- 15+ years of product management experience, particularly within cloud computing, infrastructure, compute, or related technology domains.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling product management organizations, including recruiting, mentoring, developing leaders, and establishing effective operating practices.
- Strong track record defining and executing senior-level product strategy, including setting vision, aligning stakeholders, prioritizing investments, and delivering against long-term objectives.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure concepts, including compute, virtualization, containerization, storage, networking, and managed cloud services.
- Proven experience successfully launching, scaling, and evolving technology products, with the ability to articulate measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Strong commercial and market orientation, with experience connecting product strategy to revenue, adoption, customer satisfaction, and competitive differentiation.
- Ability to lead through influence across engineering, SRE, operations, design, sales, and marketing organizations.
- Excellent understanding of both developer-focused and enterprise technology markets, including their distinct customer needs and purchasing processes.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior customers, partners, analysts, and internal leadership.
- Strong strategic judgment, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to navigate complex and rapidly changing environments.
- Ability to inspire teams, establish accountability, make difficult decisions, and drive execution across a broad organization.
- Competitive base salary: $228,600–$411,400 annually, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and other relevant factors.
