Physical Therapy BSS Coordinator in Germantown, Tennessee at CAMPBELL CLINIC PC

This position is for Desoto, Medical Center, East Memphis, Olive Branch and Oxford locations.

POSITION SUMMARY

Coordinates front desk coverage with the PT Business Services Specialists at each clinic. Provides leadership and assists with problem solving related to all aspects of PT business office.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Coordinate coverage and duties of the PT BSS Specialists at each location.
• Assist with problem solving at satellite locations by making regular site visits.
• Complete annual reviews for PT BSS at the Wolf River and Germantown PT locations.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to streamline workflow
• Consistently communicate workflow updates to all BSS staff
• Assists with payroll and schedule management as needed
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
• Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the operations of a physical therapy office preferred.

Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required.

Certifications & Licenses: None required.
