You will work within agile, sprint-driven teams to design, build, and deliver production-ready applications while leveraging advanced AI tools to accelerate development cycles. The position emphasizes speed, ownership, and high-quality output, with engineers expected to rapidly iterate, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable results. You will collaborate with distributed engineering teams and technical leaders to refine architecture, improve codebases, and establish best practices for AI-assisted engineering workflows. Your work will directly contribute to scalable, production-grade systems in a cutting-edge data and AI-focused setting.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, production-ready applications using TypeScript within modern distributed application architectures.
• Leverage AI-driven development tools such as Claude and/or Cursor as a core part of the engineering workflow to accelerate coding, debugging, and solution design.
• Apply agentic development practices to break down complex problems, generate solutions, validate approaches, and deliver high-quality features efficiently.
• Participate in sprint-based development cycles, consistently delivering scoped work on time while maintaining high output and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to review code, improve system performance, and enhance scalability and maintainability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and help define best practices for AI-assisted software development and modern engineering workflows.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles, delivering production-grade applications in fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, with experience building scalable, maintainable systems in modern web or application architectures.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, using tools like Claude and/or Cursor at an advanced level.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in sprint-based environments, consistently delivering high output and meeting or exceeding story point expectations.
• Comfortable with AI-augmented “vibe coding,” iterating quickly while maintaining production-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills in English, with experience collaborating in distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
