In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, helping them maximize the value of advanced banking and treasury solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will manage high-impact client relationships, drive long-term customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to expand product adoption and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and support teams, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and influencing future platform enhancements. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise banking and treasury clients following implementation, ensuring long-term relationship success and customer satisfaction.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships through regular check-ins, strategic consultations, and quarterly business reviews focused on evolving client needs and business goals.
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, sales, operations, and customer success to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and support client objectives.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally by sharing feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and influencing future product roadmap discussions.
  • Manage escalations effectively and coordinate solutions that strengthen client trust and operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and contribute to process optimization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitor client health, engagement, and overall success metrics to proactively address challenges and ensure retention.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, client success, account management, or customer-facing roles within fintech, banking, or treasury services environments.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury services, and end-to-end financial processes.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships and navigate complex customer environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence handling escalations, negotiations, and high-priority client interactions.
  • Experience conducting business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting revenue expansion initiatives.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
