Role Purpose
The Industrial Superintendent serves as the on-site leader and core value champion for Miranda Construction projects across the region. You will be responsible for on-site coordination across all phases of construction — directing subcontractors, managing schedules, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with plans and specifications regardless of location.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to establish immediate control and organization on an active industrial jobsite. You will be the single point of accountability in the field, while directly representing Miranda Construction maintaining professionalism, accountability, and strong communication skills while working remotely from the corporate office.

  • Competitive Compensation Package: Salary, lodging/per diem support, bonus, company vehicle, fuel card, health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.
  • Career Growth: We invest in field leaders who produce results and want to grow within the organization.
