You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations teams to improve deal velocity, maximize revenue outcomes, and establish scalable commercial frameworks. Accountabilities:
  • Build and lead the deal desk function, establishing scalable processes, approval frameworks, and operational guardrails for commercial transactions.
  • Own commercial terms strategy end-to-end, including pricing structures, promotions, billing models, and performance guarantees.
  • Partner directly with Sales leadership and GTM teams to advise on deal strategy, improve win rates, and maximize deal value.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to ensure commercial terms align with company objectives and operational scalability.
  • Develop and optimize pricing levers and promotional programs using market insights and performance data.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, workflows, and policies related to commercial operations and deal management.
  • Support accurate deal booking, operational consistency, and smooth cross-functional handoffs throughout the revenue lifecycle.
  • Analyze pricing effectiveness and deal performance to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency, accelerate workflows, and support scalable decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to revenue operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Strategic Business Operations, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of field-facing experience supporting, influencing, or directly participating in sales processes.
  • Strong expertise in B2B or B2B2C technology environments, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or AI-driven organizations.
  • Deep understanding of software pricing strategies, promotions, deal structures, and commercial negotiations.
  • Proven ability to design creative solutions that help accelerate or unblock complex deals.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a highly strategic and operational mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex business concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve productivity and business outcomes.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
