- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for responsive web platforms and native mobile applications using user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver scalable design solutions.
- Contribute to and maintain cohesive design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Conduct usability testing, user research, and A/B testing to validate design decisions and optimize user experiences.
- Translate customer pain points, analytics insights, and product feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Participate in design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional discussions to advocate for exceptional user experiences.
- Support the evolution of the product design practice through mentorship, collaboration, and process improvements.
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably within SaaS, mobile applications, or service-based platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, interaction design, and user experience strategy.
- Experience designing for both responsive web and native mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android).
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, Productboard, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability testing, and product-led growth principles.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and experimentation to guide design improvements.
- Bonus points for familiarity with AI/ML-driven experiences, home services industries, or customer research methodologies.
