• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an IT Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure in changing environments.
• Understanding of software development processes and business analysis methodologies.
