This role is a high-impact, revenue-driving sales position focused on expanding enterprise and mid-market adoption of ServiceNow-based consulting and implementation services. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with clients and ecosystem partners. The position requires a strong blend of consultative selling, strategic pipeline development, and executive engagement across commercial accounts. You will work closely with delivery and solution teams to position differentiated service offerings and close high-value engagements. In a fast-growing and competitive environment, you will play a key role in shaping go-to-market execution and accelerating commercial expansion. This is a highly visible role where sales performance directly contributes to organizational growth.
- Drive net-new revenue growth by identifying and closing ServiceNow services opportunities across commercial accounts
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through partnerships with ServiceNow teams, customers, and ecosystem partners
- Lead the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients across mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery teams to position service offerings effectively
- Support go-to-market strategy development and contribute to scaling commercial sales initiatives
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles requiring strategic coordination and consultative engagement
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise or consultative B2B sales, ideally in services or SaaS environments
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Strong background in selling into mid-market and enterprise commercial accounts
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable platforms such as Salesforce or Workday is highly preferred
- Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem (customers, partners, or account teams) is a strong advantage
- Strong pipeline development skills with the ability to generate and qualify opportunities independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, delivery, and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-performance environment
- U.S. citizenship required
