Join a mission-driven and globally focused team transforming the future of cross-border payments and financial accessibility. In this role, you will lead strategic business development initiatives focused on expanding partnerships and driving revenue growth within the fintech and global payments ecosystem. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to scale innovative financial infrastructure solutions that enable faster, more accessible international transactions. The position offers significant ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to influence commercial strategy in a rapidly evolving industry. Ideal candidates are relationship-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, understand the fintech and crypto landscape, and enjoy building long-term partnerships across international markets. This is a remote-first opportunity with strong flexibility, global collaboration, and meaningful growth potential.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with fintechs, international businesses, payment providers, FX brokers, and other cross-border commerce stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and senior decision-makers across global markets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to support business initiatives and customer success.
  • Contribute to refining and scaling sales processes, pipeline management practices, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales activity tracking through CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Use market insights, customer feedback, and data analysis to improve commercial performance and optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent the organization professionally in international and multicultural business environments while adapting communication approaches to different markets and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the fintech, payments, or crypto sectors.
  • Strong experience selling solutions to fintechs, international businesses, financial institutions, customs brokers, FX providers, or cross-border payment companies.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute complex B2B sales cycles successfully.
  • Existing network and strong relationships within the fintech, global trade, or international payments ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain technology, and their application in cross-border payments and financial infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous, and resource-constrained environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proactive and low-ego mindset.
  • Experience using CRM, automation, and productivity tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Notion, OpenAI tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with fintech and crypto regulatory environments is considered an advantage.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Must be based in or within commuting distance of Mexico City.
Benefits:
  • Highly competitive compensation package with base salary and performance-based commissions.
  • Equity participation opportunity.
  • Fully remote-first work environment with international team collaboration and offsite gatherings.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance support.
  • Professional development support and career growth opportunities.
  • Flexible budget to improve your remote work setup and home office environment.
  • Generous paid vacation policy and company holidays.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative financial technologies with global impact.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven, and internationally diverse team culture.
