Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort packages by ZIP code and designated delivery routes to ensure accurate and efficient parcel processing
  • Supervise temporary workers during daily sorting operations and provide training on sorting procedures and best practices
  • Coordinate truck dispatch and support smooth inbound and outbound delivery operations
  • Design and optimize delivery routes for drivers to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation costs
  • Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, delayed, or incorrectly routed parcels, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock checks
  • Perform basic equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs as needed
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with company safety standards and OSHA requirements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support overall service quality
  • Complete other operational tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with package sorting, order fulfillment, inventory management, or other warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a strong plus
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to support different operational needs as required
