Location: NAS Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift, 0700–1500
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Required
Position Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

Position Summary

Resicum International, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and oversee the contractor workforce supporting P-8A aircraft maintenance operations at NAS Jacksonville in support of VP-62.

The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary on-site leader for the Resicum maintenance team and will oversee daily workforce operations, maintenance production, quality, scheduling, employee performance, and coordination with Government personnel.

The ideal candidate will have significant military aviation maintenance leadership experience and a proven ability to manage personnel and aircraft maintenance operations in a fast-paced operational environment.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the contractor aircraft maintenance workforce.
  • Lead the 0700–1500 day-shift maintenance team.
  • Manage staffing, workforce coverage, and daily personnel requirements.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities, priorities, and schedules with Government representatives.
  • Serve as the primary Resicum point of contact at the worksite.
  • Monitor maintenance production, quality, schedule, and workforce performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to supervisors, leads, mechanics, and other contractor personnel.
  • Ensure maintenance personnel follow applicable aircraft maintenance procedures, technical publications, and local operating instructions.
  • Monitor employee qualifications, certifications, training, and required documentation.
  • Maintain personnel qualification and training records.
  • Ensure personnel are properly trained and qualified for assigned duties.
  • Monitor workplace safety and compliance with applicable safety requirements.
  • Identify and resolve workforce, production, scheduling, quality, and maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities and workload requirements with Government personnel.
  • Monitor contractor staffing and provide accurate workforce status updates.
  • Support implementation of company policies and procedures at the worksite.
  • Promote a safe, professional, and productive work environment.
  • Participate in meetings with Government personnel and other program stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure continuity of supervision and operational coverage.
  • Perform other duties necessary to support successful aircraft maintenance operations.
Requirements: Required Qualifications
  • Significant aircraft maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
  • U.S. military aviation maintenance experience.
  • Previous experience supervising aircraft maintenance personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations, procedures, and technical publications.
  • Experience managing aircraft maintenance production, personnel, and workload requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse maintenance workforce.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Government representatives and program stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize competing maintenance, personnel, and operational requirements.
  • Ability to work on-site during the scheduled 0700–1500 day shift.
  • Ability to meet all applicable background investigation, security, CAC, and NAS Jacksonville installation access requirements.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • P-8A aircraft maintenance experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous Navy aviation maintenance leadership experience.
  • NAMP experience preferred.
  • Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Chief, Site Supervisor, or similar aircraft maintenance leadership position.
  • Experience managing contractor aircraft maintenance personnel.
  • Experience working directly with Government customers in an operational aircraft maintenance environment.
  • Experience supporting aircraft maintenance deployments or detachments.
Security Requirement

Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Candidates must be able to maintain the required security clearance and meet all applicable background investigation, CAC, and NAS Jacksonville installation access requirements.
