Job Description
As an Implementation Specialist at GreenSlate, you will be the first point of contact for clients onboarding to our production finance platform. You’ll complete project setups, respond to incoming calls and emails, coordinate check-printing supplies, and ensure every client has the information and tools they need to hit the ground running. You will work closely with the Implementation team, using Asana to track each client’s journey, escalate issues as needed, and support clients through the full onboarding process with a friendly, positive, and knowledgeable approach. Your work directly shapes the first impression GreenSlate makes on every new production client.
This role is remote within the United States.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU- Analyze client questions and concerns, escalating problems to appropriate teams/departments, and handling problems to the satisfaction of the client
- Provide client support services by answering calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the team with the collection of the required client information needed for each project set-up
- Coordinate the delivery of check printing supplies to production
- Input new projects in the payroll system and handle work location requests
- Complete basic/default software project setups and modifications as required by the client
- Maintain Payroll Forms document repository and update payroll forms as required
- Utilize the project management tool, Asana, to track the client’s journey
- Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required
- Assist with answering basic software questions to assist users with navigating the software
- Bachelor's degree
- Customer Service: 2+ years
- Software implementation/Project Onboarding: 1+ years
- The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
- The ability to hold oneself accountable for completing one's own tasks correctly
- Self-monitoring, self-aware, and self-correcting
- A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task
- Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service
- Excitement to learn the ins and outs of GreenSlate software platforms
- Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software
- Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus!
- Excellent listening and communications skills
- Extremely focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented
