$250 SIGN-ON BONUS for Line Cooks!

Love the energy of a busy kitchen but done with late nights? At Keke's you're cooking breakfast and lunch, and you're home by mid-afternoon. We're looking for a line cook who takes pride in every plate and wants to grow with us.

KJ Cafes operates 16 Keke's Breakfast Cafes across Florida, so there's real room to grow into lead cook, kitchen manager and beyond.

$250 sign-on bonus (see details below)
$17.50–$20.00/hr, based on experience
Daytime hours: shifts fall between 6 AM and 4 PM. No late nights.
Weekly pay every Tuesday, with direct deposit
1 free meal per shift worked for line cooks

Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cook a high-volume breakfast and lunch menu on the flat top, stovetop, waffle irons, panini press and fryer
Hit our portion, recipe and plate presentation standards on every ticket
Keep your station stocked, clean and sanitized before, during and after the rush
Handle, store and rotate product properly, and help with prep during slower periods
Open and close the kitchen using our station checklists
Pitch in wherever the kitchen needs you

WHAT YOU NEED
Line cook experience preferred. We'll train the right person.
Weekend availability (our busiest days)
Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to read tickets and communicate with the team during a rush
Follow food safety and hygiene standards: hair restraint, clean uniform, handwashing
Food handler certification, or willingness to get it (we'll help)

Uniform: black chef pants or dark blue/black jeans, a black belt and black non-slip shoes.

Sign-on bonus details: The $250 sign-on bonus is paid once you complete 8 weeks of employment. You must be actively employed with us on your 8-week mark to receive it.
