We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to define and drive technology architecture standards across diverse software development environments. In this role, you will shape cloud-native architectures, strengthen engineering governance, and ensure that digital products are delivered securely, efficiently, and sustainably. You will work closely with software developers, architects, technical leads, and multidisciplinary teams to establish best practices across frontend, backend, mobile, APIs, messaging, and cloud infrastructure. You will lead initiatives involving CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and site reliability engineering. Your expertise will help improve application performance, technical quality, security, and cloud cost efficiency. • Define and establish architectural standards and best practices across frontend, mobile, backend, APIs, messaging, and cloud environments.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and technical blueprints to accelerate project implementation and ensure consistency across teams and business units.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide their adoption, evolution, and eventual retirement based on business needs, technical value, and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure consistency in technical decisions, architecture patterns, and engineering practices across development squads and business units.
• Support and implement corporate technology governance frameworks aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Establish formal technical decision-making mechanisms, including Architecture Boards, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and Technology Radar practices.
• Ensure alignment between technology architecture strategies and broader business objectives.
• Define technical maturity indicators and monitor their evolution across the organization.
• Act as a technical reference for software developers, architects, and tech leads, guiding high-performance engineering initiatives and cloud cost optimization.
• Lead the implementation and standardization of CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery speed, reliability, and consistency.
• Establish and strengthen DevSecOps practices, including automated security controls and secure software development processes.
• Define testing strategies and standards covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, ensuring continuous quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Improve Developer Experience (DX) through internal tools, reusable templates, automation, and streamlined development workflows.
• Ensure consistent development and production environments through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure standardization.
• Establish and evolve Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), incident management, and post-incident reviews.
• Promote technical excellence, operational efficiency, security, scalability, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong, demonstrable software development experience using Java and Python.
• Advanced knowledge of major software development frameworks and architectural patterns.
• Proven experience in software architecture, particularly in cloud-native environments.
• Experience supporting and implementing secure software development initiatives and integrating security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Practical experience with code profiling tools for performance analysis and optimization.
• Knowledge of database technologies, performance optimization, and application monitoring practices.
• Familiarity with leading Large Language Models (LLMs), including their frameworks, architectures, and practical applications.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to define technical standards, influence architectural decisions, and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Google Pub/Sub.
• Knowledge of native or hybrid mobile development environments.
• Experience managing integrations with SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with observability tools and platforms such as New Relic, Grafana, Mimir, Dynatrace, and OpenTelemetry.
