Superior Restoration is seeking high-performing A players to apply for the role of First Responder. This position is a key contributor to our customer experience, serving as the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses facing water, fire, or mold damage.

We are looking for driven, solution-oriented team members who can perform under pressure, build trust quickly, and close sales in a single visit—all while providing exceptional care during critical moments.

To be considered, candidates must:

• Have completed their 90-day probationary period
• Have no write-ups or disciplinary actions within the past 60 days
• Located in the IE or OC area code (or willing to relocate)

As an In-Home Sales Specialist, you will respond to qualified leads (no cold calling), assess property damage, and provide on-the-spot estimates. This role requires strong sales ability, empathy, and the ability to secure a “one-visit close.”

This position is an exempt salaried role. It also requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including after-hours and weekends.

• Be the first on-site responder for residential and commercial restoration calls
• Participate in a two-week rotating on-call schedule (after-hours and weekends required)
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess property damage
• Present solutions and secure signed work authorizations
• Communicate clearly with clients on the restoration process and next steps
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance representatives
• Accurately document inspections, job details, and compliance requirements

• Relative experience (restoration, construction, or home services preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and reporting
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform occasional bending, kneeling, and standing
• Ability to wear PPE (gloves, safety glasses, masks, etc.) as required
• Willingness to travel locally across the Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego using a company-provided vehicle

• 60,0000-70,000 base salary
