What You’ll Do
As our Metal Finisher/Grinder, you will be the touch that makes our products truly premium. Your craftsmanship ensures our precision sheet metal meets the highest quality standards before it heads out the door.

What You Will Do:

• Metal Prep: Run grinders to eliminate scratches, smooth out imperfections, and give parts a flawless, polished finish.
• Weld Clean-Up: Prep and perfect parts so they are beautifully ready for our paint line.
• Machine Operation: Take the wheel on deburring and tooling machinery to grind, blend, buff, tumble, and chamfer.
• Quality Control: Keep a sharp eye out for defects and make precision surface repairs as needed.
• Shop Maintenance: Perform quick, basic preventative maintenance (like lubrication) and keep your station clean, safe, and organized.

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm to 3:00am (Hours may flex a bit based on customer demands).
• Pay Range: Highly competitive starting wage of $20.00 to $30.00 / hour.
