Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an HVAC Install Helper who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn a skilled trade, and build a career.

• Get Hands-On: Work alongside experienced HVAC installers to install and replace residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment.
• Learn From the Best: Gain real-world experience with HVAC systems, tools, ductwork, and installation techniques.
• Keep Things Moving: Help load equipment, organize materials, prepare job sites, and make sure the crew has what they need to get the job done.
• Be the Right Hand: Assist lead installers with equipment placement, ductwork, system connections, and other installation tasks.
• Build Your Skills: Learn system startups, testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments while working under experienced technicians.

You'll also need to be comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and different weather conditions, and be able to perform physical installation work with appropriate assistance.

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required, along with the ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

HVAC experience is a plus, but it's not required. We'll teach you the trade. You bring the effort.

• Previous HVAC installation or helper experience.
• Construction, maintenance, or other hands-on trade experience.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment.
• Experience working with ductwork or HVAC systems.
• Trade school education or HVAC certifications.
