Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support IT infrastructure projects involving Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365, Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend solutions.

  • Support ServiceNow integrations involving Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB Discovery, and Webex.

  • Perform data analysis, reporting, testing, and implementation support.

  • Prepare technical documentation, procedures, RFPs, and contract deliverables.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and provide user training and support.

• Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.

  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and data analysis.

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB Discovery, or Webex.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.

• Preferred: Telecommunications Expense Management, contract management, and RFP preparation experience.
