Accountabilities
  • Serve as the primary support contact for customers, delivering timely, effective, and high-quality assistance in line with agreed service levels and performance targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, taking ownership of escalations and complex support cases through to resolution.

  • Help customers configure and use finance-related features, including invoicing, payments, VAT and tax settings, financial reporting, and accounting integrations.

  • Provide clear, practical guidance to customers using veterinary practice management software, adapting solutions to their needs within the product’s capabilities.

  • Manage multiple customer requests and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Work independently and collaboratively to develop support best practices, improve workflows, and increase service efficiency.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Product Development teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to broader business initiatives when needed.

  • Work toward individual objectives and key results (OKRs) that support team and business unit goals.

Requirements:
  • Background in finance, accounting, or payments, gained through education or professional experience.

  • Experience providing customer support in a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.

  • Experience in healthcare technology or veterinary software is an advantage.

  • Strong customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

  • Ability to manage several customer cases and competing priorities while meeting quantitative support targets.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Previous experience working in an international organization, ideally in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Availability to work from 9:00 to 17:00 UK time.

  • Must be located in a country eligible for hiring for this position; the partner company confirms the eligible countries during the application process.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

  • Fully remote work within the eligible hiring locations.

  • The opportunity to contribute to a meaningful industry focused on improving digital healthcare.

  • Learning and professional development opportunities to support long-term career growth.

  • Access to the tools and resources needed to perform effectively.

  • Collaboration with talented colleagues across international teams.

  • Company events and opportunities to connect with colleagues around the world.

  • An environment that values autonomy, diverse perspectives, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
