Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. We are looking for an Assembler Level 1 (2nd Shift) who supports manufacturing by assembling mechanical components, testing assembled products, and supporting various additional activities related to the assembly and testing of oil free scroll compressors. This position is the introduction where you will begin to learn the fundamentals of how to build oil free scroll compressors.

Pay Range: $21 - $25 / hour, based on qualifications and experience, plus $1/hour for 2nd shift

2nd Shift runs Mondays thru Thursdays 3:30pm – 2:00am

Assembler Level 1 (2nd Shift) Job Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assembly, following assembly instructions and guidelines
• Learn to use assembly tools and equipment
• Performance testing and inspections of assembly parts and products
• Ensure product quality and adherence to specifications
• Always maintain a clean and organized work area
• Works under supervision both individually and on a team

Assembler Level 1 (2nd Shift) Qualifications:

· MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions (in English)
• Basic understanding of mechanical components
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Pay attention to the details
• Ability to work on your feet for a full 8-10 hour shift every day
