This role offers an opportunity to contribute clinical and healthcare systems expertise to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking initiative focused on real-world Indian healthcare environments. You will help design and evaluate realistic scenarios that reflect hospital operations, patient care workflows, and healthcare administration processes in both clinical and support settings. The work spans patient intake, nursing workflows, care coordination, and hospital management functions. You will ensure AI systems accurately understand how healthcare services operate in high-stakes, safety-critical environments. Working within a structured, impact-driven setting, you will collaborate with global experts to improve AI reliability in medical and social care contexts. Your contributions will directly support the development of safer and more effective AI interactions in healthcare systems.

• Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Bengali based on Indian clinical and administrative environments, including patient intake, hospital workflows, nursing processes, care coordination, and healthcare administration.
• Develop structured evaluation rubrics to assess clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, patient safety considerations, and communication quality.
• Review AI-generated and human-generated outputs for medical correctness, operational feasibility, safety implications, and communication effectiveness.
• Contribute to the creation of “gold standard” responses aligned with best practices in patient care, healthcare delivery, and hospital operations.
• Ensure scenarios reflect real-world healthcare workflows, regulatory expectations, and culturally appropriate practices within Indian healthcare systems.

• Native-level proficiency in Bengali with strong professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance roles.
• Background in roles such as registered nurse, nurse practitioner, healthcare administrator, medical services manager, medical secretary, or administrative supervisor in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, hospital operations, patient care standards, and healthcare administration processes.
• Ability to evaluate medical accuracy, patient safety risks, and operational realism in healthcare-related scenarios.
• Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and ability to assess high-stakes healthcare content objectively.
